Terms & Conditions

By booking with Travelas Ventures, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, or service providers.

2. Prices: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates may vary based on supplier changes or currency fluctuations.

3. Accuracy of Information: Customers must provide accurate traveler details (as per passport/ID). Errors may result in penalties or cancellations.

4. Third-Party Services: We act as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, and transport providers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service changes by third parties.

5. Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the booking amount received.

Payments can be made online via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through PayU.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Full payment is required before tickets or vouchers are issued.

If a payment fails but is debited from your account, please contact us with the transaction details. Duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

1. 1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

   • 60+ days before departure: 25% of total booking will be charged.

   • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total booking will be charged.

   • Less than 15 days before departure or No-Show: 100% of total booking will be charged.

2. 2. Refund Timeline:

   • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 10 working days.

3. 3. Supplier/Vendor Cancellations:

   • Some services may be non-refundable depending on vendor policies and peak-season terms.

   • Flight cancellations are strictly as per the respective airline’s policy.

4. 4. Returns

   • We do not offer any returns

At Travelas Ventures, your privacy is important to us.

• Information We Collect: Name, contact details, payment information, and travel preferences.

• Use of Data: To confirm bookings, issue travel documents, send notifications, and provide support.

• Payment Security: Payments are processed via PayU, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card/CVV data.

• Data Sharing: Information is only shared with third parties (airlines, hotels, etc.) necessary for fulfilling your booking.

• Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience.

• Data Rights: You may request correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing official.travelas@gmail.com

• Payments are handled by PayU, Razorpay, and/or PhonePe, all PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.

• We do not store card details, CVV, or other sensitive payment data.

• All essential information and service links (including terms, privacy, refund, and contact details) are available and accessible via our official website
